Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes
1 potato
1/2 onion
1 cup of cooked cabbage
Method:
Step 1. Peel and chop potatoes and boil in water for 15 mins.
Step 2. Drain water and then put back on heat for 2 mins to dry out the potatoes.
Step 3. Next, mash potatoes and add in chopped onion and cooked cabbage.
Step 4. In a large pan, over medium heat, add mixture with a spoon and cook until golden brown (about 7 mins).
