Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
Handful of olives
Handful of sundried tomatoes
1 bag of lettuce, washed
1/4 red onion
1 yellow pepper
1/2 avocado
Dressing of your choice
Method:
Step 1. Chop avocado, feta, pepper and onion.
Step 2. Layer your salad, starting with the lettuce.
Step 3. Next, add sundried tomatoes and olives followed by all other ingredients.
