How To Set Up An All Over Body Workout

  1. Step One – Warm up. Ensure you warm up the body and mobilise the joints ready for your workout. Pay attention to anything that is a bit stiff and do some good dynamic stretches.
  2. Step Two – Core. Your core is your centre and you will be using it in your whole workout to stabilise so ensure you do your core exercises to activate it.
  3. Step Three – Glutes. Glutes are the biggest muscle in the body. Non activating glutes can cause things such as “runners knee” so it is good to get these fired up.
  4. Step Four – Strength – Using weights or body weight put some strength training into your workout.
  5. Step Five – Cardio – Depending on your level put some low or high intensity cardio into your workout.
  6. Step Six – Stretch. You should be holding your final stretches for a minute each.
