Ingredients:
- 1 peeled banana
- 100g spinach
- Half an avocado peeled and diced
- 100ml coconut milk ( or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp on maple syrup
- Handful of berries ( blueberries and raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of mixed seeds ( your choice)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method:
Step 1. Slice banana and freeze for 2 hours.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Step 3. Add spinach, avocado , milk , maple syrup and cinnamon into the blender and blitz until smoothie mixture.
Step 4. Place the seeds on a lined baking tray and coat with maple syrup and cinnamon. Bake for 10 mins.
Step 5. Pour smoothie into bowl and top with berries and seeds.
