Ingredients:
- 150g unsalted butter
- 2 cups of oats
- 100g hazelnut chocolate
- 150g brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup of buckwheat flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Step 2. Beat butter and sugar together until smooth. Then add in the egg and vanilla extract.
Step 3. Mix in flour and baking soda.
Step 4. Mix in oats and chocolate. Give all ingredients a good mix until combined well.
Step 5. Next on lined baking trays scoop mixture onto tray, spreading out.
Step 6. Bake for 15-20 mins ( until golden brown).
