Prawn Tacos.

Ingredients:

  • 250g of prawns
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red cabbage chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 flour tortillas

Method:

Step 1. Heat pan over medium heat with oil.

Step 2. Add prawns and some garlic and cook for a few minutes turning regularly, until the prawns are completely cooked.

Step 3. Mash avocado and add chopped tomatoes in a bowl. Put to one side.

Step 4. Mix paprika and mayonnaise in a bowl until well combined.

Step 5. Add all ingredients into your tortilla.
