Ingredients:
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 cup of slaw
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 cup of pickled red cabbage
- 4 tortillas of your choice
Method:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2. Chop the cauliflower, place it in a bowl, and mix with the paprika.
Step 3. On a lined baking tray, add the cauliflower with a little olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until charcoal.
Step 4. Remove from the oven and build your taco!
