Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 150ml Oat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- Fresh washed strawberries
Method:
Step 1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Step 2. Whisk egg, milk, and melted butter together then add to the dry ingredients and mix together.
Step 3. Heat a pan over medium heat with some vegetable oil then add 2-3 tbs of batter to make a pancake and fry for 1 minute on each side.
Serve hot
