What can you expect from training with KBPT to ease back pain?
- You’ll have an initial video call with our founder to talk about your back injury/condition so that we can prepare for your first face-to-face personal training session
- If you’ve already seen your GP or a physiotherapist about your bad back, we can work closely with them to create a three-way rehabilitation process (if you don’t have a physio, we can recommend ones we know well)
- In your first face-to-face session, your KBPT trainer will further assess your back problem and gauge your fitness level
- Your trainer will design a bespoke rehabilitation training programme that you can do in your home, your local park or online
- As a result of your KBPT programme, you should feel stronger, function with less pain and be able to start doing everyday activities that were previously difficult
- If your back has been hurting for a while, it might be getting you down – we’ll motivate you when you’re feeling like enough is enough and promise to make your workouts fun
