From dancing through childhood to strength training in adulthood, Ailbhe has always found joy in movement. Originally from the Republic of Ireland, she moved to the UK at 16 to study Musical Theatre, and this is where her love for fitness really took off. What began as a way to support her dancing soon became a passion in its own right.

Now a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Matwork Pilates Instructor, she combines strength training, mobility, and fun, varied workouts that support long-term lifestyle changes. Whether it’s kettlebells, TRX, HIIT or running coaching, she’s all about finding what makes fitness click for each client. She loves helping clients shift their mindset from “I have to work out” to “I want to move my body.”

A vegan since the age of 15, Ailbhe also brings a personal interest in nutrition and plant-based wellness. Outside of training, you’ll find her trying out everything from pole dancing to cold plunges and aerial yoga, she’s always up for something new.
