Banana chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Method:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 90 degrees.

Step 2. Slice bananas Ito thin slices and place on alined baking tray.

Step 3. Drizzle olive oil, sugar and lemon juice on banana slices.

Step 4. Bake for 1- 1.5 hours, until crispy.
