Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Method:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 90 degrees.
Step 2. Slice bananas into thin slices and place on an alined baking tray.
Step 3. Drizzle olive oil, sugar, and lemon juice on banana slices.
Step 4. Bake for 1- 1.5 hours, until crispy.
