Falafel burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of washed and drained chickpeas
  • A small chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp chilli ? powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • Handful of parsley

Method:

Step 1. Place chickpeas, onion, flour, garlic ,chilli powder , 2 tsp cumin and oil in a food processor and blend until smooth mixture.

Step 2. Next shape into 4 patties with your hands.

Step 3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over med heat and once heated add patties and cook for 3 minutes each side.
