Halloween Power Pumpkin Smoothie

This Halloween-inspired smoothie is packed with nutrients to fuel your workouts and keep you energised. It’s perfect for a quick post-workout snack or a healthy Halloween treat!

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin purée 

1 frozen banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tbsp chia seeds 

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp nutmeg 

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional for an extra protein boost)

A handful of ice cubes

 

Method

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
