Healthy places to eat in and near Haggerston

Breakfast- Better Health Bakery is an artisan bakery based in Haggerston. They are part of Hackney mental health charity, The Centre for Better Health. Popular for delicious sourdough , this isn’t your average bakery! Best to get in early so you don’t miss out on some bread or delicious pastries. Bread and butter is a cosy cafe situated in Haggerston. They offer great breakfast and brunch menu for those late risers. The menu is quite extensive which means it would be hard to not find something you like. Eggs anyway you like it along with granola yoghurt , salad or veggie wraps.. you name it they most likely have it.

Lunch – Arepa and co have located on the canal 5 minutes from Haggerstion station. They have made it their mission to bring Venezuelan cuisine to London. Offering ingredients like cornbread, maize, black beans, fried plantain, avocado, cassava, shredded beef, pork loin and roasted vegetables you are sure to leave wanting more. Tonkotsu east is located right next to Haggerston station. This is a great place for lunch and dinner and is known for the amazing ramen. They offer 6 different ramen dishes with 2 being ramen salad YUM!!! Dinner

– Little Georgia is a small restaurant located in the heart of Haggerston where you can enjoy traditional home cooked Georgian dishes. They offer mainly vegetation dishes with some seafood and pork. It is a cosy restaurant with super friendly staff. Great for a night out. Morito is a Spanish restaurant in Hagerstown which serves tapas and mere. The menu offers lots of vegetarian dishes along with meat and fish. It has cool decor and will satisfy all taste buds!
