1. London Fields Lido – go swimming! London Fields Lido has an amazing open air pool which is heated so you can even do laps in the winter if you can handle the dash from the changing room to the pool!
2. Sprint intervals using the row of trees by Pub On The Park on London Fields. Start at the first tree run to the second and back. Then the third. Continue till you run to the last tree in the row.
3. Yoga – there is multiple amazing yoga studios in London Fields which means you can practice 7 days a week.
4. Use the bars. The bars towards the Cat and Mutton end of London Fields are perfect for you to start practising pull ups!
5. Hire a Boris bike. There are many Boris bike stands in London Fields. Hire a bike and go for a cycle round the capital.
