Our personal training services include weight loss, running training (beginner to marathon), pre and post natal training, injury rehabilitation, cycle training, primal flow, strength training, cardio/HIIT and interval training, cancer recovery and sport-specific training.
How does it work?
- Initially we do a free online consultation where we evaluate your health and lifestyle and create the best personal training plan to meet your goals.
- You’re assigned one of our fantastic female personal trainers. We’re all advanced level 3 qualified, highly experienced, results driven and down to earth. Your trainer comes to your home or a local park (e.g. Bethnal Green Garden, Weavers Fields or Meath Gardens) for your sessions. If you’d like to train at home, you’ll need enough space for a yoga mat inside or in your garden.
- We provide all the training kit for your session – kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, boxing gloves and lots more – and we advise you about kit for your own workouts at home. You get motivated, have fun and achieve your fitness goals!
