2. Start your sessions
You can train at home, in Shoreditch Park, on Haggerston Park or in another local green space in Hackney. We provide kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, boxing gloves and other kit for your sessions and can advise you about equipment for your own workouts.
