How does the personal training work?
You’re assigned one of our fantastic female personal trainers. We’re all advanced level 3 qualified, highly experienced, results driven and down to earth. Your trainer comes to your home or a local park (e.g. London Fields or Victoria Park) for your sessions and brings all the kit you need (kettlebells, boxing gloves etc). Alternatively, you can mix your in person personal training up with online personal training.
