2. Start your sessions
You can train at home, in Stepney Green Park, Bethnal Green Garden or another green space in Tower Hamlets. We provide kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, boxing gloves and other kit for your sessions and can advise you about equipment for your own workouts.
