1. Free consultation
We evaluate your health and lifestyle and assign you to one of our fantastic female personal trainers who are all advanced level 3 qualified, highly experienced, results driven and down to earth (meet the team). We then create the best personal training plan to meet your goals (check out our specialisms).
2. Start your sessions
You can train at home – either face-to-face or online – or in one of the many green spaces in Walthamstow, such as Lloyd Park or Chestnuts Field. We can provide kettlebells, boxing gloves and other kit for your face-to-face sessions and can advise you about equipment for your own workouts.
3. See results quickly
We’re all about helping you get motivated, have fun and achieve your health and fitness goals. After just a few sessions, many of our clients comment that they feel fantastic – both inside and out. We also support the KBPT community with articles about fitness and nutrition (read our blog).
