We are so blessed in Hackney, East London to have London Fields Lido based in London Fields Park. A 50m Olympic size, heated outdoor swimming pool.
Both KBPT trainers Alice and Eleanor are very regular attendees and the other KBPT trainers also pop in for a swim from time to time.
London Fields Lido has lane swimming all day. Swimming lessons are available for both adults and children. Advice and instruction is also available during their swimfit sessions.
London Fields Lido had a refurbishment in 2018 so it is a lovely clean facility to use. It is £5.10 for a swim session at the lido so I would definitely go and give it a try.
