Naked chicken fajitas.

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 2 peppers , chopped
  • Half red onion , sliced
  • 2 avocados
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Bbq seasoning for fajitas

Olive oil

Method:

Step 1. Heat pan over medium heat add olive oil and onion. Cook for 10 mins.

Step 2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3. Throw in chopped peppers and cook for 10 mins then add in seasoning. Stir well.

Step 4. Cook all together for 5 mins then ready.

Step 5. De seed avocado and mash in a bowl with a drizzle of oil olive , salt and pepper.
