Peanut butter oatmeal protein balls.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

Step 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2. Roll and compress the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on baking paper on a tray.

Step 3. Refrigerate a few minutes until they firm up and then transfer to air tight container.

Step 4. Refrigerate and enjoy for up to a week.
