After a year of knee and shoulder issues, I knew I needed to get stronger and found KB Personal Training. Kate was fantastic on our video call, gathering all the right details from me and touching base with my physio afterwards to create a tailored rehab and strength program. I was matched with Sasha, an incredible trainer and person, and have been training with her for over five months now. The progress has boosted my confidence, and training is easy as Sasha comes to my Hackney flat, with the option to meet in Victoria Park on nice days. I'm so grateful to both Kate and Sasha and would highly recommend them!

I had PT training with Sammie during my second pregnancy and it really helped me to stay fit in the run up to the birth as well as helping me to mentally feel prepared. Sammie is really great and friendly, she makes you feel confident and not at all insecure about your fitness! And Kate is very responsive. I’d highly recommend.

I've been training with Kasia in Stratford for four months now. As a complete beginner to the gym, I braced myself to have a miserable, injury-ridden time. Instead, I've been met with unique, diverse and creative workouts carefully planned by Kasia around my abilities and schedule. Her vibrant energy, encouragement and guidance have made working out a safe and - dare I say - genuinely fun experience for me. Already, my mental health is improved, I feel stronger than ever, and more consistent with healthy habits even outside our weekly sessions.Kate seems to have gathered a team of really excellent trainers. KBPT/Kasia have completely transformed my fitness/wellbeing journey!

I had PT sessions with Sammie in Hackney since last September, and could not recommend working with her and Kate more. Kate is responsive and easy to work with. Sammie is a wonderful PT - she was clear on what my objectives were, and pushed/ challenged me to achieve these while also being very supportive. She also brings lots of fun and energy to any session which is a great bonus!

Since training with KBPT my fitness, strength levels and overall wellbeing- have greatly improved. My PT Sammie has been fantastic in tailoring the workouts to suit my abilities while pushing me in ways where I have even surprised myself. I was able to more than double my rep counts within 1 minute after 10 weeks. I am in better shape now than I have been in years. I highly recommend!! (I am located in Hackney E5)Thank you KBPT!!!!!!

The (all women 🙌) team at KBPT put me at ease immediately with a really positive and thorough assessment of my needs and goals. Since then, both trainers I have seen in the Shoreditch area have been motivating, engaging and got me working! Dietary advice has been a huge bonus too. Would recommend to anyone who is sick of the gym or needs some help achieving fitness goals.

I've been training with KBPT for about 18months now and the trainers I've worked with are all fantastic! The workouts I get are fun and engaging while increasing my overall fitness. Each workout clearly takes my various physical issues into consideration, and has flexibility to be adjusted to my fluctuating energy levels (damn long Covid/perimenopause!). It is clear that the trainers know their stuff! I choose to take my training outdoors, and love the motivation to get out of the home office in the middle of the week. It's great for my mental and physical health, highly recommend!

I've been training with KBPT in Well Street Common (or at home sometimes) during my pregnancy and now after having my son. It was very important for me to get stronger to prepare for labour, and it definitely paid off. I've trained with 3 different PTs and they've all been great and very accommodating, specially now that schedules are tricky with my little one.

Helen is a fantastic trainer, she pushes to just the right degree, and motivates me to work in a way that I could never do under my own steam. I love working with her outside in Clissold Park and she brings all the equipment we need for a challenging but fun workout. The hour goes by in a flash and never feels like a chore. She has an amazing energy and is a lovely person to distract / chat to!

I contacted Kate 2 years ago in the depths of despair following a gruelling couple of years of cancer treatment. I was weak, and afraid to even pick up a bin bag for fear of hurting myself. Kate hooked me up with the lovely Helen on her team, herself a cancer survivor. She’s been training me once a week since, mostly outdoors and I can happily report I’m now able to put the bins out, and so much more. Stronger, fitter, healthier, and mentally better too. I've been training with Hannah from KBPT for a year now - primarily in Victoria Park. I initially signed up for help with recovery from surgery for a slipped disk. Hannah is lovely and helped me rebuild strength and return to an active lifestyle. I've since run the London Marathon and, with Hannah's help, hit my target of under 4 hours.

My partner and I have been having sessions with Donna in Leytonstone for three months. We were total beginners, and have always felt a bit intimidated by working out and not really known where to begin.We're so glad we found Donna at KBPT - she introduced us to strength training, and created a personal plan for us including supporting us with healthy eating. Week on week we've noticed an improvement in our general fitness, and Donna has been hugely supportive in helping us push further each time.We never thought that we'd enjoy working out, but training with Donna has transformed our approach to our health and general wellbeing. I've been training with Ilka every week for about a year now. We train in Haggerston park, and sometimes the gym in winter. Really enjoy the sessions. Lots of variety, challenging but fun and I feel so much stronger. Definitely recommend.

I have been training with Donna at KBPT since December 2021. The sessions take place in my home, in the London borough of Waltham Forest.Donna is amazing. She is encouraging, fair, firm and has a good sense of humour. She knows my fitness ability and she’ll challenge me if needed. We have had sessions in the park during the summer. Donna has offered healthy eating advice. She has provided me with homework when requested.Initially it felt quite indulgent having a trainer. It been worth it! I’m grateful that Donna’s my trainer. My stamina and confidence has massively improved since training with her.

I have the honor and the privilege to be trained by Sammie from KBPT. Not only that she's a true professional, working with her is always such an uplifting and motivating experience. A real treat to look forward to during the week. Sammie, with her positive approach, attention to details and great sense of humor, just cares about her clients, and it is no less important than doing sit-ups. Needless to say, that the results can be seen and felt in a very short time. Therefore I highly recommend KBPT in general and Sammie specifically.

I've been training with Eva at KB for a year and I love it. Eva is so high energy and fun to work out with, I feel great after every session and find it motivating to keep it up for the rest of the week. All the sessions are tailored to my goals and I'm seeing real results. It's also amazing to be outside in the park too, good for the mind as well as the body.

I've been training with KBPT for 6 months now and I'm loving it. My trainer Lauren is great. I have moved house recently which means I can't train outdoors with Lauren so we do it online and it's still great. The transition to online was seamless. It also gives me flexibility - when I'm on holiday I don't miss a session as I can do it online. Likewise when Lauren is on holiday the team always finds a trainer to cover my session and they're just as fab as Lauren. All in all I'd really recommend and I feel so much stronger and fitter since starting with them.

I’ve been having sessions with Helen from KB Personal Training for about four months now and very much recommend it. I am very much a beginner who needed to get her fitness levels up. The sessions are well-planned and Helen is positive and supportive, pushing me just enough to get the most out of each one. The difference I’ve managed to achieve is really startling, not just in how much more toned my body is but how much stronger and fitter I feel. I have tried other trainers in the past but this is by far the most positive and professional experience I have had.

KBPT has given me back my confidence! During lockdown I found it hard to motivate myself to get out and about and I had put on quite a bit of weight which knocked my confidence a lot. I was able to meet my trainer, Sarah, in the park each week and she really pushed me to my limits! The workouts she created are tough and challenging, but they are so much fun and I made a friend in the process. I've definitely got my mojo back and feel motivated to get fitter! Highly recommend KBPT to anyone who wants to get fit whilst having fun.

I love training with KBPT. I had a regular trainer before lockdown who was reliable and there was always cover when she was unavailable. During lockdown Kate ensured I continued to have (online) sessions. Just about to go back to face to face and the whole process has been so smooth.Sessions are very varied, I am never bored. My mental and physical fitness has never been better. So happy with my progress with KBPT!

I had been training with Lauren at KBPT for a few months before the pandemic. Lauren is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very attuned to my sports injuries without allowing me to take it easy! When the pandemic hit, Kate took over my PT online, at first I was very reluctant but Kate very quickly put me at ease and I was able to seamlessly continue my training. In fact, due, in part to Kate and Lauren's inspiration, I have got fitter and stronger during lockdown and enjoy my sessions more than ever. I recently ran a half marathon for the first time in a decade. Both my trainers have excellent knowledge and training and are able to adapt those to my personal training needs. I have loved my time training with both Kate and Lauren and cannot recommend KBPT enough!

I’ve loved training with KBPT. I worked with Sarah and Kate and both have been amazing. I started while I was pregnant and started back up again after having my fist child and it’s been great to have such support during and after my pregnancy. I switched to online courses during Covid and that was great because I didn’t have to worry about getting out of the house and my little one could play with all her toys while I got my work out in and my trainer kept me on track. Absolutely could not recommend them more!

Kate and her team are just superb. I’ve been training with Kate and others for a year and a half and the change I’ve seen in my fitness and strength is very very noticeable. I started off training ‘face to face’ but since COVID all of my sessions have been entirely using FaceTime. I’ve been training ‘virtually’ for around 4months now and honestly I’m not sure I’ll go back to ‘in person’. I get all of the focus, effort and impact from the training as usual - but without the travel time! Feels an even more efficient use of time but still with all the benefits! Can’t recommend KBPT enough - especially training virtually!

I’ve trained with KBPT for over two years and for the past year, have been training with Kate (and others from time to time) via skype or facetime. It's been invaluable to train with them via skype when I've been travelling for work or working from home - it means I can stay on top of my fitness without leaving the house! They are terrific at devising challenging workouts - either using equipment that I have at home, or simply using body weight. They are very open to listening to your goals and helping you achieve them. They take a holistic approach to fitness, lifestyle and health - both physical and mental. I enthusiastically recommend them!

Training with Lotta, one of Kate’s team, has been utterly transformative. Her approach is thoughtful, pragmatic and highly bespoke. As a mum of two with a demanding career, time is a complete premium; Lotta’s sessions are rigorous and efficient and she pushes me to achieve my absolute best. She helped get me back into shape after my second c-section through a training programme designed to enhance my overall fitness, but with a focus on the areas I felt needed most attention after childbirth. She is inspiring and encouraging, tough when she needs to be, but with such warmth of personality and spirit that she makes training a real pleasure. The studio space at Netil House is pleasantly compact, excellently equipped and never crowded. I can’t recommend Kate and team highly enough.

Amazing personal trainers. Been training with Lauren since 2015. My sessions are tailored to my goals and are challenging but not to the point of injury. Sessions are varied and there's lots of equipment in the studio to keep things fresh. They even do Skype training! Highly recommended!

I've been training with Wiki at KBPT since the summer and I can't believe how much stronger and fitter I've become. In the first couple of months I saw dramatic changes to my body and am now fitting in to clothes that have been at the back of my wardrobe for years. I always look forward to my sessions; they follow a structure but are always challenging and different. Wiki is amazing and so supportive and I had the pleasure of training with Hayley when she was on holiday. I would recommend KBPT to anyone, it's been the best investment I've made in a long time!

I've been training with KB PT for about six months now, and can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions I've made when it comes to my fitness. I was already exercising regularly, but had just become very bored and demotivated by what I was doing. I came to KB PT for help with taking my fitness to the next level, and just to do something different. Kate has been great from the beginning - she's so enthusiastic and supportive and really listens to what you want to get out of it. She helps to make the training fun, as well as motivating you to put in 100%. It's been great for my fitness to do different things every week, and I've never felt fitter. Would highly recommend!

What can I say about KBPT! The energy! The motivation! The body positive and friendly attitude! The results!!! I started training in January with a loose goal to get more in shape before my wedding, however I have gained so much more. Apart from gaining greatly in strength and stamina and losing some weight, I have found myself more invested in fitness and exercise than I've ever been in my life. My trainer saw me through a tricky surgery in May and helped in my recovery, I was really confident on my wedding day and continuing strong with further goals to start running and incorporate exercise into my life even further. I also really appreciated the approach to nutrition and a healthy balance in life and I am finding myself making consistent changes that are maintained. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience, it's truly worth it!

Really love training with KBPT. We've been training with KBPT for around 6 months at this point and fully recommend them for injury-aware training, they have also been great at accommodating our travel. We train in a pair when we are both in town and have Skype sessions while travelling which has been really good for our fitness. We are both at different levels of fitness (and motivation) and the KBPT team have been able to accommodate that and keep us both on track. I personally wasn't into PT at the beginning and got dragged along by my partner, KBPT somehow managed to get me to the point of liking personal training. Fully recommend.

Joining KB personal training was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Wiki is such a fantastic and supportive trainer. I never dread going to my sessions which was always a concern before for me. I cannot believe the difference in my shape. I also had a back injury and Wiki is able to advise me on the right exercises to not only protect my back but strengthen it. People have started commenting on how different I look, which is really encouraging. I’m seeing this is a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix. Couldn’t recommend KB personal training more.

Been training with Abbie at KBPT since January. I was pretty much a starting out with fitness and wanted to go somewhere that wasn't intimidating to try and get a routine going and improve strength and fitness. Love our sessions despite the early start! Abbie is lovely and really manages to make it fun by varying what we do in each session. She always ensures I'm doing the exercises with proper form too which I'd have no clue about without her - it's harder than it looks!The studio is great - non-intimidating for beginners- but really well equipped with everything you could need and comfortable soft floors to train on. I've definitely become fitter this past few months and stronger. There is also the option of a lovely relaxing yoga session with Sarah on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely recommend KBPT.

I've been training with KBPT since Summer last year with the amazing Helen and its been worth every penny! Especially training in the studio over the Winter as my friends were giving up on exercise and giving in to the festive Season, Helen always kept me exercising and motivating. She is sympathetic to my woes but doesn't allow me to slack off which is exactly what I needed.I've also overcome my fear of working out in a public place and now really enjoy our sessions in the Park and don't feel self conscious as I once did. I started as a size 22 and now down to a Size 18 well on my way to my goal weight, my fitness has improved enormously! Thanks to these excellent women.

I've been training with KBPT for over a year now and absolutely love it. My sessions with Wiktoria are structured yet varied, so I don't get bored, and we make the most of so many different types of equipment (TRX, dumbbells, kettle bells, Swiss ball, BOSU, you name it). Wiktoria knows exactly how to get the most out of me, ensuring I don't give up, even during the most gruelling of routines. I'm always pushed to the limit and the results are obvious - I've lost weight, I feel in great shape and I am frequently told how much more toned I look.

When I first signed up, I told myself that I'd just train for 6 months at most as a way to kick start my exercise routine. In April I will be celebrating my THREE YEAR anniversary training with Kate and team!! They are absolutely the personal best trainers in East London, and are also just really lovely people. I love training each week with Kate, she works me hard but always whilst having a great chat (well, only when I can breath properly. You can't chat whilst doing burpees!). I couldn't recommend them enough!

I've been training at KB PT for the last 6 months. My main trainers have been Kate and Hayley (who are both so fantastic) but I have been trained by the other girls too. All of the trainers are very good at what they do - each session is structured, well thought out and most of all - really good fun. I wanted to get back into running again and build exercise back into my life and I feel that Kate and Hayley have been really proactive in encouraging me to do this, giving me the push that I really needed. I could not recommend KB PT highly enough.

I started training with Kate about 10 months ago to gain upper body strength and get fit. I rarely exercised and never found it enjoyable until NOW!! My body has changed in such a short period of time and I feel the best I've ever felt. Kate has taught me that exercise can be fun when you find what you like doing and its so different for everyone. I now rely on my weekly sessions especially after a holiday! Kate is so encouraging and upbeat each session and not only a great PT but has become a friend. I started training with Kate to help build and maintain my strength and fitness when I became self-employed and in the lead up to getting married. I couldn't recommend Kate and her team more highly. I have never felt so strong and so fit and we have never focused on "losing weight" or "calories". Really flexible training service - I love working out at the studio and also at home when I need to, to suit my diary. Kate is a joy to train with - fun, positive, upbeat and practical. I started training with Kate after having surgery and chemotherapy and wanting to 'get my body back'. She got me back running, cycling and I did my first duathlon in September 2016. She is super friendly and the studio always has a positive atmosphere, whatever your shape and fitness levels. I’ve been training with Rowena for over a year. I love the relaxed, friendly and non pretentious vibe of the studio at Netil House. I love that there are no machines but loads of really interesting bits of kit to keep the training sessions varied. It’s really important for me to have a regular monitored session around any other fitness I may or may not be doing. Rowena is aware of my injury issues and is always keeping on top of ways to improve them. Rowena is an absolute joy to train with – always encouraging, good fun and full of energy, even when I’m not (a lot of the time). I would recommend KBPT to anyone wanting to get back on track with their fitness in a relaxed and supportive environment, whilst having a bit of a laugh. I have been training with the lovely Nicky since before Christmas in readiness for my wedding. She has been fantastic. She makes burpees and sprint drills fun (almost!) and has been a breath of fresh air every time I go to the studio. I have lost cms and have been getting PBs in my races so it's definitely working. I started training with Nicki towards the beginning on my pregnancy and on my due date, I can honestly say that she has kept me fighting fit! Nicki's programme has kept me strong and trim, and I'm convinced I haven't experienced the dreaded pregnancy symptoms because of the weight training, load bearing and cardio workouts. She is such a positive person and I always look forward to seeing her (even when she makes me do burpees!) I'll be starting up training again as soon as possible post birth.Also worth mentioning that Kate has created a really positive environment for training at Netil House - most of my sessions have been during the colder months so we've been training indoors. Everyone is super friendly and inspiring!

Pure Energy and professionalism, this is Lauren!I have started training twice a week with her in November 2014. She is the most energetic and encouraging personal trainer you could wish. It took me a while to decide that I wanted to train with a PT: I have never been a gym person but she made me feel at ease since the very beginning.Always smiley and full of energy, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Each session is different and never boring: she always introduces new challenging routines and different props.Don't get me wrong: she is lovely and kind but she will be very tough on you and will make you work hard but still you will end up with a ( sweaty) smile on your face. I finish each session very satisfied and surprised with what I have been able to achive.The great thing about Kate Burrow's studio is that when your PT is not available ( which rarely happens ) you have the possibility to train with another of the fantastic girls that work at the studio so you never miss a training( and you have no excuses for not training !!) .If I were you, I would certainly give it a try!

I first started training with the lovely Rowena from KBPT about a year ago - I'd not done any exercise for quite a while because of an injury I had to my leg. We talked about my goals (to get fit and if I happened to lose some weight in the process then that would be an added bonus) and organised session twice a week (I've now gone up to three a week since the new year). Rowena is such a great PT - knowledgeable, light hearted and most of all fun! I hate the 'shout at you/army' style PT and Rowena is the complete opposite. She encourages you through her positive words and happy disposition rather than shouting or making you feel guilty which is just what I want from a PT :o) I've had various additional injuries and niggles over the last year and Rowena has always found a way round them, adapting our exercises to take them in to account and keeping me positive!

I have been training with Harriet for about 3 months now... She is an absolute power-house!Slowly but surely, she has not only improved my overall level of fitness, but has also radically overhauled my diet, increased my motivation levels and restored my sense of wellbeing - this is no mean feat!Harriet's approach is firm, but fair - she know just how far to push you, in order to get the best!She is extremely professional, whilst also being immensely personable - her enthusiasm is unwavering and infectious, which really makes a difference. Ive been training with Nicola for some time now and I am so happy that I am. My goal is to lose weight and get fit/healthy. I started from a very sedentary position and I can feel my fitness improving immensely. Nicola is amazing, no words can express how much she has helped me. Not only does she keep the sessions interesting and keeps me motivated by setting achievable goals but she also supports with nutrition advice. I feel like Ive constant support (not just during our sessions) especially when I had issues with my health, her kind caring manner and emotional support means so much to me. Overall, Nicola is not just your average personal trainer but she honestly makes working out fun and honestly does care. I was scared about booking initially starting with KB PT but I can really say from the bottom of my heart, you wont regret it! Life changing!

I have been training with Caroline weekly for the last 6 months and am loving every session. Her enthusiasm and passion for her job is infectious and has completely changed my attitude towards exercising. Caroline changes the sessions every week to keep things interesting and is excellent at motivating me to push myself harder- mainly by singing the Rocky theme tune when I am struggling! I am well on my way to reaching my goal and never thought I would say it, but look forward to training with her every week. KB personal training is a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After a year of knee and shoulder issues, I knew I needed to get stronger and found KB Personal Training. Kate was fantastic on our video call, gathering all the right details from me and touching base with my physio afterwards to create a tailored rehab and strength program. I was matched with Sasha, an incredible trainer and person, and have been training with her for over five months now. The progress has boosted my confidence, and training is easy as Sasha comes to my Hackney flat, with the option to meet in Victoria Park on nice days. I'm so grateful to both Kate and Sasha and would highly recommend them!

I had PT training with Sammie during my second pregnancy and it really helped me to stay fit in the run up to the birth as well as helping me to mentally feel prepared. I've been training with KBPT for about 18months now and the trainers I've worked with are all fantastic! The workouts I get are fun and engaging while increasing my overall fitness. Each workout clearly takes my various physical issues into consideration, and has flexibility to be adjusted to my fluctuating energy levels (damn long Covid/perimenopause!). It is clear that the trainers know their stuff! I choose to take my training outdoors, and love the motivation to get out of the home office in the middle of the week. It's great for my mental and physical health, highly recommend!

I contacted Kate 2 years ago in the depths of despair following a gruelling couple of years of cancer treatment. I was weak, and afraid to even pick up a bin bag for fear of hurting myself. Kate hooked me up with the lovely Helen on her team, herself a cancer survivor. She’s been training me once a week since, mostly outdoors and I can happily report I’m now able to put the bins out, and so much more. Stronger, fitter, healthier, and mentally better too. She is encouraging, fair, firm and has a good sense of humour. She knows my fitness ability and she’ll challenge me if needed. We have had sessions in the park during the summer. I've been training with KBPT for 6 months now and I'm loving it. My trainer Lauren is great. I have moved house recently which means I can't train outdoors with Lauren so we do it online and it's still great. The transition to online was seamless. It also gives me flexibility - when I'm on holiday I don't miss a session as I can do it online. Likewise when Lauren is on holiday the team always finds a trainer to cover my session and they're just as fab as Lauren. All in all I'd really recommend and I feel so much stronger and fitter since starting with them.

KBPT has given me back my confidence! During lockdown I found it hard to motivate myself to get out and about and I had put on quite a bit of weight which knocked my confidence a lot. I was able to meet my trainer, Sarah, in the park each week and she really pushed me to my limits! I had been training with Lauren at KBPT for a few months before the pandemic. Lauren is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very attuned to my sports injuries without allowing me to take it easy! When the pandemic hit, Kate took over my PT online, at first I was very reluctant but Kate very quickly put me at ease and I was able to seamlessly continue my training. In fact, due, in part to Kate and Lauren's inspiration, I have got fitter and stronger during lockdown and enjoy my sessions more than ever. I recently ran a half marathon for the first time in a decade. Both my trainers have excellent knowledge and training and are able to adapt those to my personal training needs. I have loved my time training with both Kate and Lauren and cannot recommend KBPT enough!

I’ve loved training with KBPT. I worked with Sarah and Kate and both have been amazing. I started while I was pregnant and started back up again after having my fist child and it’s been great to have such support during and after my pregnancy. I switched to online courses during Covid and that was great because I didn’t have to worry about getting out of the house and my little one could play with all her toys while I got my work out in and my trainer kept me on track. Absolutely could not recommend them more!

Kate and her team are just superb. I’ve been training with Kate and others for a year and a half and the change I’ve seen in my fitness and strength is very very noticeable. I started off training ‘face to face’ but since COVID all of my sessions have been entirely using FaceTime. I’ve been training ‘virtually’ for around 4months now and honestly I’m not sure I’ll go back to ‘in person’. I get all of the focus, effort and impact from the training as usual - but without the travel time! Feels an even more efficient use of time but still with all the benefits! Can’t recommend KBPT enough - especially training virtually!

I’ve trained with KBPT for over two years and for the past year, have been training with Kate (and others from time to time) via skype or facetime. It's been invaluable to train with them via skype when I've been travelling for work or working from home - it means I can stay on top of my fitness without leaving the house! They are terrific at devising challenging workouts - either using equipment that I have at home, or simply using body weight. Training with Lotta, one of Kate’s team, has been utterly transformative. Her approach is thoughtful, pragmatic and highly bespoke. As a mum of two with a demanding career, time is a complete premium; Lotta’s sessions are rigorous and efficient and she pushes me to achieve my absolute best. She helped get me back into shape after my second c-section through a training programme designed to enhance my overall fitness, but with a focus on the areas I felt needed most attention after childbirth. She is inspiring and encouraging, tough when she needs to be, but with such warmth of personality and spirit that she makes training a real pleasure. The studio space at Netil House is pleasantly compact, excellently equipped and never crowded. I can’t recommend Kate and team highly enough.

I've been training with Wiki at KBPT since the summer and I can't believe how much stronger and fitter I've become. In the first couple of months I saw dramatic changes to my body and am now fitting in to clothes that have been at the back of my wardrobe for years. What can I say about KBPT! The energy! The motivation! The body positive and friendly attitude! The results!!! I started training in January with a loose goal to get more in shape before my wedding, however I have gained so much more. Apart from gaining greatly in strength and stamina and losing some weight, I have found myself more invested in fitness and exercise than I've ever been in my life. My trainer saw me through a tricky surgery in May and helped in my recovery, I was really confident on my wedding day and continuing strong with further goals to start running and incorporate exercise into my life even further. I also really appreciated the approach to nutrition and a healthy balance in life and I am finding myself making consistent changes that are maintained. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience, it's truly worth it!

Really love training with KBPT. We've been training with KBPT for around 6 months at this point and fully recommend them for injury-aware training, they have also been great at accommodating our travel. We train in a pair when we are both in town and have Skype sessions while travelling which has been really good for our fitness. We are both at different levels of fitness (and motivation) and the KBPT team have been able to accommodate that and keep us both on track. I personally wasn't into PT at the beginning and got dragged along by my partner, KBPT somehow managed to get me to the point of liking personal training. Fully recommend.

Joining KB personal training was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Wiki is such a fantastic and supportive trainer. I never dread going to my sessions which was always a concern before for me. I cannot believe the difference in my shape. I also had a back injury and Wiki is able to advise me on the right exercises to not only protect my back but strengthen it. People have started commenting on how different I look, which is really encouraging. I’m seeing this is a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix. Couldn’t recommend KB personal training more.

Been training with Abbie at KBPT since January. I was pretty much a starting out with fitness and wanted to go somewhere that wasn't intimidating to try and get a routine going and improve strength and fitness. Love our sessions despite the early start! Abbie is lovely and really manages to make it fun by varying what we do in each session. She always ensures I'm doing the exercises with proper form too which I'd have no clue about without her - it's harder than it looks!The studio is great - non-intimidating for beginners- but really well equipped with everything you could need and comfortable soft floors to train on. I've definitely become fitter this past few months and stronger. There is also the option of a lovely relaxing yoga session with Sarah on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely recommend KBPT.

I've been training with KBPT since Summer last year with the amazing Helen and its been worth every penny! Especially training in the studio over the Winter as my friends were giving up on exercise and giving in to the festive Season, Helen always kept me exercising and motivating. She is sympathetic to my woes but doesn't allow me to slack off which is exactly what I needed.I've also overcome my fear of working out in a public place and now really enjoy our sessions in the Park and don't feel self conscious as I once did. I started as a size 22 and now down to a Size 18 well on my way to my goal weight, my fitness has improved enormously! Thanks to these excellent women.

I came across KBPT when searching for a personal trainer to help me get fit again after pregnancy, and I am so glad that I did!I really look forward to my weekly sessions with Kate - no two are ever the same which keeps things interesting, and she is great fun to chat to as well. I've been training with KBPT for over a year now and absolutely love it. My sessions with Wiktoria are structured yet varied, so I don't get bored, and we make the most of so many different types of equipment (TRX, dumbbells, kettle bells, Swiss ball, BOSU, you name it). Wiktoria knows exactly how to get the most out of me, ensuring I don't give up, even during the most gruelling of routines. I'm always pushed to the limit and the results are obvious - I've lost weight, I feel in great shape and I am frequently told how much more toned I look.

When I first signed up, I told myself that I'd just train for 6 months at most as a way to kick start my exercise routine. In April I will be celebrating my THREE YEAR anniversary training with Kate and team!! They are absolutely the personal best trainers in East London, and are also just really lovely people. I love training each week with Kate, she works me hard but always whilst having a great chat (well, only when I can breath properly. You can't chat whilst doing burpees!). I couldn't recommend them enough!

I've been training at KB PT for the last 6 months. My main trainers have been Kate and Hayley (who are both so fantastic) but I have been trained by the other girls too. All of the trainers are very good at what they do - each session is structured, well thought out and most of all - really good fun. I wanted to get back into running again and build exercise back into my life and I feel that Kate and Hayley have been really proactive in encouraging me to do this, giving me the push that I really needed. I could not recommend KB PT highly enough.

I started training with Kate about 10 months ago to gain upper body strength and get fit. I rarely exercised and never found it enjoyable until NOW!! My body has changed in such a short period of time and I feel the best I've ever felt. Kate has taught me that exercise can be fun when you find what you like doing and its so different for everyone. I started training with Kate to help build and maintain my strength and fitness when I became self-employed and in the lead up to getting married. I couldn't recommend Kate and her team more highly. I have never felt so strong and so fit and we have never focused on "losing weight" or "calories". Really flexible training service - I love working out at the studio and also at home when I need to, to suit my diary. Kate is a joy to train with - fun, positive, upbeat and practical. She is super friendly and the studio always has a positive atmosphere, whatever your shape and fitness levels. I’ve been training with Rowena for over a year. I love the relaxed, friendly and non pretentious vibe of the studio at Netil House. I love that there are no machines but loads of really interesting bits of kit to keep the training sessions varied. It’s really important for me to have a regular monitored session around any other fitness I may or may not be doing. Rowena is aware of my injury issues and is always keeping on top of ways to improve them. Rowena is an absolute joy to train with – always encouraging, good fun and full of energy, even when I’m not (a lot of the time). I would recommend KBPT to anyone wanting to get back on track with their fitness in a relaxed and supportive environment, whilst having a bit of a laugh. I have been training with the lovely Nicky since before Christmas in readiness for my wedding. She has been fantastic. She makes burpees and sprint drills fun (almost!) and has been a breath of fresh air every time I go to the studio. I have lost cms and have been getting PBs in my races so it's definitely working. I started training with Nicki towards the beginning on my pregnancy and on my due date, I can honestly say that she has kept me fighting fit! Nicki's programme has kept me strong and trim, and I'm convinced I haven't experienced the dreaded pregnancy symptoms because of the weight training, load bearing and cardio workouts. She is such a positive person and I always look forward to seeing her (even when she makes me do burpees!) I'll be starting up training again as soon as possible post birth.Also worth mentioning that Kate has created a really positive environment for training at Netil House - most of my sessions have been during the colder months so we've been training indoors. Everyone is super friendly and inspiring!

Pure Energy and professionalism, this is Lauren!I have started training twice a week with her in November 2014. She is the most energetic and encouraging personal trainer you could wish. It took me a while to decide that I wanted to train with a PT: I have never been a gym person but she made me feel at ease since the very beginning.Always smiley and full of energy, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Each session is different and never boring: she always introduces new challenging routines and different props.Don't get me wrong: she is lovely and kind but she will be very tough on you and will make you work hard but still you will end up with a ( sweaty) smile on your face. I finish each session very satisfied and surprised with what I have been able to achive.The great thing about Kate Burrow's studio is that when your PT is not available ( which rarely happens ) you have the possibility to train with another of the fantastic girls that work at the studio so you never miss a training( and you have no excuses for not training !!) .If I were you, I would certainly give it a try!

I first started training with the lovely Rowena from KBPT about a year ago - I'd not done any exercise for quite a while because of an injury I had to my leg. We talked about my goals (to get fit and if I happened to lose some weight in the process then that would be an added bonus) and organised session twice a week (I've now gone up to three a week since the new year). Rowena is such a great PT - knowledgeable, light hearted and most of all fun! I hate the 'shout at you/army' style PT and Rowena is the complete opposite. She encourages you through her positive words and happy disposition rather than shouting or making you feel guilty which is just what I want from a PT :o) I've had various additional injuries and niggles over the last year and Rowena has always found a way round them, adapting our exercises to take them in to account and keeping me positive!

She is an absolute power-house!Slowly but surely, she has not only improved my overall level of fitness, but has also radically overhauled my diet, increased my motivation levels and restored my sense of wellbeing - this is no mean feat!Harriet's approach is firm, but fair - she know just how far to push you, in order to get the best!She is extremely professional, whilst also being immensely personable - her enthusiasm is unwavering and infectious, which really makes a difference. Ive been training with Nicola for some time now and I am so happy that I am. My goal is to lose weight and get fit/healthy. I started from a very sedentary position and I can feel my fitness improving immensely. Nicola is amazing, no words can express how much she has helped me. Not only does she keep the sessions interesting and keeps me motivated by setting achievable goals but she also supports with nutrition advice. I feel like Ive constant support (not just during our sessions) especially when I had issues with my health, her kind caring manner and emotional support means so much to me. Overall, Nicola is not just your average personal trainer but she honestly makes working out fun and honestly does care.
