Prawn Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 150g raw prawns
  • Whole grain pasta
  • 150ml double cream
  • 1/2 brown onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200ml tomato Pasta sauce
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes

Method:

Step 1. Heat a pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil.

Step 2. Chop onion and garlic and add to the pan and cook for 10 mins.

Step 3. Add the prawns and cook for a few minutes or until pink, turning once.

Step 4. Pour in the pasta sauce and stir until covered.

Step 5. Next add in cream and bring to a boil then simmer for a further 5 mins.

Step 6. Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
