Sourdough Bruschetta.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of sourdough
  • 250g mixed cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vingar

Method:

Step 1. Toast the sourdough in a toaster , once done put to one side.

Step 2. In a bowl mix together all ingredients.

Step 3. Drizzle olive oil over each sliced toast and top each slice of toast with mixture.
