Here at KBPT, our personal trainers promote body confidence and a balanced lifestyle – everything in moderation. We know that, for some of our clients, body confidence involves losing weight.

What is weight loss training?

Weight loss training at KBPT includes teaching you specific exercises and advising you about workouts in between your sessions. We also prioritise nutrition and recommend you fill in a food diary. To keep you buzzing about how far you’ve come, we take your measurements regularly.

How effective is KBPT weight loss training?

As part of a bespoke personal training plan at KBPT, the benefits of weight loss training include:
