Spiced roast veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 baked potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsnips
  • 2 purple carrots
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt/pepper

Method:

Step 1. Pre heat oven 200 degrees.

Step 2. Peel and chop potatoes into cubes and cover with spices then put into the oven to roast for 10 minutes.

Step 3. Peel carrots and parsnip then chop into cubes. Place in the oven tray with potatoes and roast for a further 20 minutes.
