Stawberry and Banana smoothie

This smoothie is so quick, simple and yummy!! Great as a breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 100g of fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of milk (your choice)
  • Handful of ice

Method:

Step 1: Place the ice in a blender and blend until crushed.

Step 2: Wash and cut the strawberries and add to the blender.

Step 3: Peel the banana and also add to the blender along with the milk and blend until smooth.
