Summer rolls

These are versatile dish and super easy! Great for summer

Ingredients:

  • Summer roll wrappers
  • Cooked rice noodles
  • Cooked prawns (optional)
  • 1/4 purple cabbage
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 carrot
  • Soy sauce
  • Chilli sauce

Method:

Step 1: Slice all veggies.

Step 2: Fill a bowl with warm weather and dip the summer roll wrapper into it for 3-4 seconds.

Step 3: Move wrapper onto a chopping board and start by laying the rice noodles into the middle leaving space either side to wrap. Continue adding all ingredients you wish.

Step 4: Wrap the roll tightly and folding at the bottom.

Step 5: Dip into dipping sauce.
