Ingredients:
- 1 sweet potato peeled
- 1/2 block of feta
- Handful of sundried tomatoes
- Half an avocado
- Handful of spinach
Method:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 200g and cook sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
Step 2. Cut feta into cubes.
Step 3. Wash spinach and peel avocado.
Step 4. Place all ingredients on the plate and arrange.
