After 13 years working as an accountant, spending 8 hours a day sitting at a desk, Kasia suffered from problems with her spine. She began considering alternative careers to her job which would enable her to help others whilst remaining active and achieving her own fitness goals. That was the moment she decided to change her life and begin working in the fitness industry.
Starting out teaching functional classes Kasia now loves being a personal trainer as she really values the opportunity to help others through technique correction. She loves to motivate clients, help them perform exercises correctly, preventing injuries, and achieving the best results.
Kasia was a self-confessed CrossFit addict and did a lot of pole dancing. Kasia loves that sports have made her stronger, not only physically, but also mentally. More recently Kasia enjoys HIIT workouts, strength training and running.
