Melissa’s love for health and fitness stemmed from her experiences dancing as a child and later transferred into a passion for boxing, running and weight training, shortly followed by a 10-year career in healthcare.
After moving to London 5 years ago, Melissa achieved her personal training qualification and her passion for wellness saw her go on to qualify as a Holistic Health Coach. Recently, Melissa was accredited as an Assisted Stretch Therapist, which she loves to incorporate into her clients’ sessions.
She credits the power of health and fitness for getting her through difficult times in her life. Melissa hopes that by sharing her belief in the healing powers of health and fitness with others, she can empower her clients. Her passion for wellness has also driven her to explore different modalities, leading her to also gain experience in breathwork, cold water therapy, meditation, pain management, injury prehab/rehab, movement exploration, mind health, stress management and gut health.
