Terri’s fitness journey began in 2015 when she challenged herself to enter a charity UWCB boxing fight in aid of Cancer Research. It included 8 weeks of intense training in the lead up to the fight, but Terri found that she really enjoyed it and continued to box for a further 2 years. Her boxing only stopped as she got into strength training. It was at this point Terri kick started her true love for fitness as she began to feel more confident in herself and her ability to progress in both physical and mental aspects of her life.
Terri was motivated to begin a career as a Personal Trainer because she felt she knew what it was like to not feel good enough for self-improvement. She truly believed that fitness could make a real difference to the life of others when you prove your insecurities wrong! Terri left her job in hospitality and trained as a PT in 2021 and loves nothing more than to see her clients bloom into stronger, healthier, and happier versions of themselves. Through her bespoke training programmes, she uses methods that are both sustainable and enjoyable.
