Terri’s fitness journey began in 2015 when she signed up for a charity boxing match to raise money for Cancer Research. What started as an 8-week challenge turned into a passion—she kept boxing for two years before discovering her love for strength training. That’s when everything changed. She realised that fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how strong and capable you feel in everyday life.
Having experienced self-doubt herself, Terri understands how daunting it can feel to start a new fitness journey. But she also knows the power of proving those doubts wrong. In 2021, she left her hospitality job to become a Personal Trainer, and she hasn’t looked back since. She’s passionate about helping her clients build strength, confidence, and a healthy mindset, creating training programmes that are effective, enjoyable, and sustainable.
For Terri, movement goes beyond the gym. She loves Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Salsa dancing, always looking for fun ways to stay active. She brings this same energy to her coaching—helping clients discover workouts they enjoy, so fitness becomes a lifestyle, not a chore.
