- I acknowledge that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in this activity.
- Liability Waiver
- I understand that KBPT, its trainers, yoga teachers, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this event.
- I release KBPT, its trainers, yoga teachers, and affiliates from any liability arising from my participation in this event.
- Personal Responsibility
- I agree to listen to my body and stop any exercise if I feel discomfort or pain.
- I will ensure my environment is safe if participating in a virtual event (e.g., adequate space, no trip hazards).
- Insurance
- I acknowledge that KBPT holds valid insurance for its trainers and yoga teachers, but this does not extend to individual participants.
- Event Terms
- I understand that participation in these events is voluntary and does not create a personal training agreement with KBPT.
