Hi, I’m Tess. I’m 31 and I work in social media in East London. I’ve been personal training with KBPT for five years now.
What first attracted you to KBPT Tess?
I really wanted to get into a regular fitness routine and KBPT’s Google reviews were really positive and sounded like they really understood how to strike the right balance in their sessions. The fact that the whole team are made up of women was also a plus too!
Ah, that’s great to know. How did you feel after your first session with us?
I felt really great and really motivated to get going and achieve the goals we’d talked about together. I was a bit nervous before the session as it had been so long since I’d done an exercise session, but as it turned out, I’d nothing to worry about, Kate was really lovely and bubbly, and made me feel totally at ease.
What was your original goal when you joined with us?
At first, my main goal was to actually get fit, I wasn’t focused too much on weight loss but that came along with taking care of myself and becoming healthier and stronger. Even now, five years on, I adapted and kept up with my training throughout two pregnancies – both C-section. I’ve never been so toned or fit in my life as I have been whilst training with KBPT.
You look amazing Tess, what keeps you coming back?
Aw, thank you! I love the support KBPT has given me, just knowing I’m going to have a fun upbeat workout each session is great at helping to keep me motivated and not slack on my fitness.
