Valentine’s Day Biscuits

Keeping in the spirit of Valentines day here is a great vegan biscuit recipe to bake for your lovers!!

Ingredients:

  • 250g of ground almonds
  • 100 maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp brown rice flour

Method:

Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 175 and line baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2: Mix ingredients all together.
Step 3: Spoon out the mixture and roll into a ball. ( makes 12)
Step 4: Flatten the ball and cut out a heart shape. Use the excessive mixture to make more.
Step 5: Bake in the oven for 25 mins or until golden brown. Step 6: Leave on a wire rack until cool. Enjoy!!
