What can you expect from bride-to-be training with KBPT?
- You’ll get a free consultation by video so we can find out more about your lifestyle, current nutrition, fitness history, personal goals (e.g. weight loss) and how much time you have to exercise
- We’ll create your very own pre-wedding workout plan to help you get fitter and tone up any parts of your body you’re concerned about, such as your upper arms – we recommend a 12-week personal training programme (or even longer) but, if your wedding day is only a few weeks away, we can arrange your own bridal boot camp
- Our KBPT trainers can provide nutrition advice to help you eat a balanced, healthy diet in the run-up to your wedding
- You can train with us at home, in your local park or online – plus, we’ll advise you on what to do between your PT sessions
- If your partner would also like to get involved with your pre-wedding personal training programme, that’s great! We offer a discount for couples who train together
- We know that wedding prep can be super stressful so we’ll make sure that your workouts are good for your mental health too – you’ll release happy endorphins and get better sleep
